You select the bitmap image(s) you want to add to a ticker Play List on the Select Media File page. The bitmap image(s) you select must be the same height as the ticker display on which you want to display them. For example, you should only select ticker images that are 24 pixels high for a ticker display that is 24 pixels in height and images that are 16 pixels high for a ticker display that is 16 pixels in height.

Before you can add an image file to a ticker Play List (.bmp), the file you want to add must be uploaded to your Media Library. For information about how to upload a media file, click here.

1. On the Select Media File page, click on the folder/subfolder containing the bitmap image file you want to select.
2. Locate the image file you want to add any of the following ways:
   

   Search for it: If you know the name of the image file you want to find, type it in the Find File box, then click Search. The software starts searching as soon as you enter the first character. For example, if you "b", then the software displays all image files beginning with the letter "b". The search results are displayed below the Find File box. Click on the name of the image file you want to access in the File Name column.

   Page through the list of files: If there are more than ten files available in any one folder, click on the page numbers below the table to view additional files. Then, click on the name of the image file you want to access in the File Name column.

   Resort the table (applies to List View only): The list of files can be resorted by any available table column header. To resort, click on the column header you want to sort by. The list is sorted in alphabetical order. It can be sorted in ascending or descending order by clicking on the column header you want to sort by (e.g. to sort alphabetically by file type, click the Type column header).

3. Click the Select button located directly below each image file you want to add. Once selected, the image file(s) will be added to the Selected Files box at the bottom of the page.
4. (Optional) Repeat steps 2 & 3 above to add additional image files to the Selected Files box. 
5. Once you have selected all the image files you want to add to your ticker Play List (i.e., they are listed in the Selected Files box), click the Save & Close button. The selected image files will be added to the Play List.

NOTE:

• By default, all new content items are scheduled to display 24/7 (24 hours/day, 7 days/week, beginning the date the Play List is approved, or if the Play List is approved, the date the content item is created).
