There are two types of reports available in Rise Display Network – Proof of Play and Display Content.

Display Content

A Display Content report contains the details of the content that is either currently playing or is scheduled to be played on the displays within a particular company’s display network.

You can filter the information contained in the report by display, display status, Presentation, or Play List. For example, if you wanted a report of the content that is currently playing or is scheduled to play on one particular display for a company you can do that by selecting the display in the display you want in the Display field. Or, if you wanted a report of the content that is scheduled to play on all displays with a subscribed status you can do that by selecting Subscribed in the Display Status field. These filtering options allow you to get just the information you want.

Create a Display Content report

Proof of Play

Proof of Play is an option that allows you to log when and how often the Play List Items in a particular Play List are shown on your displays. You can create a report from the information in the log.

You enable a log on an individual Play List Item basis. In other words, you enable, logging for each Play List Item when you add each item to the Play List.

You can enable logging for each of the following Play List Items:

Bulletins

Media Library Files (i.e., image, video, and Flash animation files)

Web Page

Live Data

TV

Then, after you have enabled logging for each Play List Item, you can create reports on the items that have displayed on your digital sign. This reporting functionality is available from the Proof of Play link on the Content tab, see Create a Proof of Play report.
