Copying a Play List creates a duplicate of the Play List. This can save you time if you want to reuse some or all of the content from an existing Play List. You can copy any Play List, regardless of its current status — Draft, Ready, Approved, Rejected, or Inactive. The default status of the duplicate is Draft. 

The procedure for copying a video Play List and a ticker Play List is the same.

1. On the Content tab, click Play Lists.
2. Find the Play List you want to copy.
3. Click on the name of the Play List in the Name column. The Manage Video Play List page or Manage Ticker Play List page displays.
4. Click the Copy link. The Manage <Video/Ticker> Play List page for the copied Play List displays. The name of the copied Play List will be “Copy of <original name>”. 
5. In the Name field, type a new name for the copied Play List. The name assigned must be unique within the Web Delievered Digital Signage Software network. 
6. Click Save.
