You can modify or remove a financial Play List Item that has been assigned to a video Play List when the Review Status of the Play List is “Draft” or “Rejected”.

You can modify the specific instruments associated with the financial category selected, however, you cannot change the category. To change the category you would have to add a new financial Play List Item, see Add items to a video Play List.

You modify a financial Play List Item on the Manage Live Data page for the financial Play List Item you want to modify. See Open the Manage Play List Item page for a video Play List Item to open it. 

The following information may be modified:

• Name: This is the name of the financial Play List Item. Type over the existing name to change or revise it.
• Symbols: This field lists the current symbols selected for the financial category specified in the Category field. To add additional symbols or change the symbol selected, click Select Symbols, then follow the procedure to modify financial symbols in a financial Play List Item.
• Layout: This section provides the name and a thumbnail image of the current layout selected. To change the layout used, click Select Layout, then follow the procedure to change the layout selected. To modify the properties for the layout selected, click Customize, then follow the procedure to modify a financial layout.

The following fields control when and for how long the financial Play List Item is displayed:

• Play Sequence:  This is the position of the video Play List Item in the Play List (e.g., 2 of 4). Type over the existing number to change the position within the sequence.
•  Duration (sec): This is the duration (in seconds) for which this Play List Item will be displayed within the Play List. The default is Play Until Done. Uncheck Play Until Done to specify a specific duration in seconds.  
• Schedule: This section contains the schedule information according to which this Play List Item will be displayed. For more information about scheduling a Play List item, click here.

Click Save or Save & Close.

To remove a financial Play List Item from a Play List:

• Click Remove.
