There are two ways you can modify an existing Presentation – you can modify the Placeholders associated with it or you can modify the settings for the Presentation itself.

Only a Content Administrator or a Content Editor can modify a Presentation.

To modify the Placeholders for a Presentation:

1. On the Content tab, click Presentations.
2. Click on the name of the Presentation you want to modify. The Manage Presentation page will display.
3. On the Manage Presentation page you will see an outline of the Presentation. Rollover the Presentation outline to see each of the Placeholder areas it contains. Click on the specific Placeholder area you want to modify. The Manage Placeholder page for the selected Placeholder will display.
4. Modify the Placeholder as desired. You can change the Placeholder name, change the Placeholder description, and add or change the Play List assigned to the Placeholder.
5. Click Save & Close to return to the Manage Presentation page.

To change the settings for a Presentation:

1. On the Content tab, click Presentations.
2. Click on the name of the Presentation you want to modify.
3. Click the Settings link. The Presentation Settings page displays.
4. Do one or more of the following:

• Change the name of a Presentation
• Change the description of a Presentation
• Change the background image used in a Presentation Template
• Select displays for a Presentation
