Modify a web page Play List Item

You can modify a web page that has been assigned to a video Play List when the Review Status of the Play List is “Draft” or “Rejected”.

You modify a web page on the Manage Web Page page for the web page you want to modify. See Open the Manage Play List Item page for a video PlayList Item to open it.

URL: This displays the actual URL (e.g., www.risevision.com) for the web page. To select a different URL, type over the existing one. To verify that the URL is correct, click Verify.
Description: This is a word or phrase used to further identify the web page (e.g., company home page). Type over the existing description to change or revise it.

The following fields control the size and part of the web page to be displayed:

In the Scroll Left field, type the number of pixels from the left edge of the web page.
In the Scroll Top field, type the number of pixels from the top of the web page.
In the Width field, type the width, in pixels, of the web page area to display. The width should match the width of the Placeholder in which the Play List will be displayed.
In the Height field, type the height, in pixels, of the web page area to display. The height should match the height of the Placeholder in which the Play List will be displayed.
Play List: This is a read-only field that displays the name of the Play List that contains the Bulletin. It cannot be edited from this page.
Item Type: This is a read-only field that displays the content item type (Bulletin, URL, Image, Video, Flash).

The following fields control when and for how long the web page is displayed:

Play Sequence: This is the position of the web page in the Play List (e.g., 2 of 4). Type over the existing number to change the position within the sequence.
Duration (sec): This is the duration (in seconds) for which the URL will be displayed within the Play List. The default is 10 seconds. Type over the existing duration to change it.
Schedule: This section contains the schedule information according to which this content item will be displayed. Click More to view or edit the schedule for this item. For more information about scheduling a Play List item, click here.

Click Save or Save & Close.
