Modify an image Play List Item

You can modify an image Play List Item that has been assigned to a video Play List when the Review Status of the Play List is “Draft” or “Rejected”.

You modify an image file on the Manage Play List Media File page for the image you want to modify. See  Open the Manage Play List Item page for a video Play List Item  to open it.

The following information may be modified:

  • Media File: This is the name of the current image file selected. Click Verify to verify that you have selected the correct file. The image file cannot be changed from this page.

The following fields control when and for how long the image file is displayed:

  • Play Sequence:  This is the position of the image Play List Item in the Play List (e.g., 2 of 4). Type over the existing number to change the position within the sequence.
  • Duration (sec): This is the duration (in seconds) for which this Play List Item will be displayed within the Play List. The default is Play Until Done. Uncheck Play Until Done to specify a specific duration in seconds.
  • Scale Factor: This is the factor by which the Flash file will be scaled to fit the available Placeholder area in which it will be displayed. The default is 100%. If Scale to Fit is checked, the Flash file will be automatically scaled to fit the available space.
  • Position: This specifies the position for the Flash file within the Placeholder area that will display it. The default is Centered. Click the Position box to select from a list of available options.
  • Schedule: This section contains the schedule information according to which this Play List Item will be displayed. Click More to view or edit the schedule for this item. For more information about scheduling a Play List item, click here.

Click Save or Save & Close.

To remove an Image from a Play List:

  • Click Remove.

NOTE:

  • You cannot change a selected image file to a different image file from the Manage Play List Media File page. To select a new image file, you must create a new Play List Item, see Add items to a video Play List.
