The procedure to remove items from a Play List is the same regardless of the type of Play List – video or ticker. You can remove items from a Play List one at a time or all at the same time. 

To remove an item from a Play List:

1. On the Content tab, click Play Lists.
2. On the Play Lists page, find the Play List you want.
3. Click on the name of the Play List in the Name column. The Manage Video Play List or Manage Ticker Play List page displays.
4. In the Add Item to Play List  section, click the Remove button associated with the Play List Item you  want to remove.

 To remove all items from a Play List:

1. On the Content tab, click Play Lists.
2. On the Play Lists page, find the Play List you want.
3. Click on the name of the Play List in the Name column. The Manage Video Play List or Manage Ticker Play List page displays.
4. In the Add Item to Play List  section, click the Empty List button.
5. Click Save or Save & Close.

NOTES:

• You can only remove items when the status of the Play List is “Draft” or “Revised”. You cannot add or remove items when the status of the Play List is “Ready”, “Rejected”, or “Approved”. 
• When you remove a Bulletin from a Play List, it is not deleted from the Web Delivered Digital Signage Software. To delete a Bulletin from the software, see Delete a Bulletin.
