If TV is not showing in your Presentation there may be a number of reasons that are causing the issue. Here are some steps you can take to help you determine the cause of the issue.

A TV Tuner is a component installed on a computer that allows television signals to be received by that computer. To be able to show TV as part of a Presentation, the computer, or Appliance, attached to the display(s) showing the Presentation, must have a TV Tuner card installed on it.

There could be a number of reasons why TV is not displaying. Try the following to correct the issue:

Ensure that all cables are connected securely. 
Ensure the proper TV Tuner device is selected in the Display settings for the Appliance. To verify this do the following:
