The Company Information is set up by a Rise Vision Network Administrator. Once set up, a User Administrator can modify the information for their company.
Resellers have the ability to change the company information for their client companies.
- Click the Company tab. If the Manage Company page is not displayed, click Company Settings.
- On the Manage Company page you can change the following information:
- Click Save or Save & Close.
Company Name: Type in the text box provided.
Address: Type in the text box provided.
Unit: (if applicable) Type in the text box provided.
City: Type in the text box provided.
Country: Click in the Country field to select from a list of available options.
Province: Click in the Province field to select from a list of available options.
Postal Code: Type in the text box provided.
Time Zone: Click in the Time Zone field to select from a list of available options.
Location ID: Click the Browse link to select from a list of available options. Click the Clear link to delete the selected option and clear the field.
Telephone: Type the number in the text box provided.
Fax: Type the number in the text box provided.
Notes: Use this text box to record notes related to the company.
